Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
We ship internationally to customers worldwide. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Customs & Import Duties
Sorène ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees and they are not included in your order total.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control including customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at [your support email] and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Sorène is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
